Joe Blommel, Founder & CEO

Joe is a serial entrepreneur and has started and managed several businesses over the past 17 years.  He understands that the success of any company hinges on the health of its employees and the strength of its customer and vendor partnerhsips.  He applies more than 20 years of construction, leadership and ownership experience to every project.

Mickey Koch, Founder & VP of Sales

Mickey has solved a lot of challenges in his nearly two decades working in various roles as a materials supplier, some big (really big!) and some small.  In fact, challenges are what energize him and he’s always eager to take on the next one. Before coming to Spark, Mickey served in a Vice President role for another Electrical Materials Packager.
